It's been a great week and we got our great show ahead to kick off the weekend. So let's start it off as we always do. Grab that cup of coffee. It's time for my opening statement.

Donna's got one headphone on like a DJ and Harvey has his headphones taken away. Lots of listening device drama going on in the Edelson trial.

So in addition to those two making the trial watchers talk, the case evidence presented Thursday had a listening theme as well.

The jury got to see some surveillance videos and listened to some phone calls from wiretaps that arguably tie Mama Donna to that sinister murder for hire-hire plot that took the life of her former son-in-law, Danny Markell.

I'll tell you what, my friends, the bump worked. It got the Edelson squirming and talking.

And when you think about the time frame, think about this, Danny Markell's murdered in the summer of 2014 the bump doesn't happen until spring of 2016 makes me wonder
