of all, the federal spending has set a record this year, again, 1.16 billion in the first three

or months of the fiscal year of 2020. Now, remember, the fiscal year starts in the, what would be

roughly our fourth quarter. So, you're looking at a record of 1.16 billion dollars in federal spending.

Who controls the purse? That's my question. Who controls the purse of America? Is it Donald Trump?
