amazing Chelsea Homer and Mindy Gledhill and we're here to discuss whether

women have more power and authority in our church.

And we're going to have a discussion about the recent Worldwide Relief Society

Devotional that was done about a week ago and there was a big

Instagram response the church posted a quote from that devotional was it a devotional guys or yeah it was a devote a

quote from that devotional was it a devotional guys or yeah like a devotional yeah and a quote from sister Dennis specifically about women's power in the church

So there was this quote posted on Instagram which is how I learned

about it actually I didn't watch the devotional myself was that true for you too

also. I did not watch the dev. I ended up going back to watch it

because I kept seeing people say you're taking this out of context so I just

wanted to see in full context but yeah it was only because of Instagram that I watched it okay yeah me too I was made

aware of it because of Instagram because there was just this huge ground swell of

women responding to it and it became a really big deal and Mormon stories if you didn't catch it did an excellent

episode on this it was a live stream that's now I think you can just watch it now

as an episode really really amazing episode So if you haven't watched that and

want to, you can. You can pause this right now, go back and watch that, and then this is

kind of the part two to that. But before we dive into the content, why don't we just go around in a circle and kind of introduce ourselves.
