just recap my place flooded on august 14th i've stayed in a hotel from august 15th to september 17th

was over a month and i have like several different wars going on right now war to not pay rent

like i want my rent to be

prorated for those like 30 plus days that I wasn't living there. But it's not that simple, of course. So it's been escalated all the way up to the corporate lawyer. I'm being served like, I'm getting eviction notices for, I didn't pay my rent on September 1st because I'm like, I don't live here. I'm not paying you rent. So I've been getting eviction notices. You were physically unable to live in in the place.

I'm not asking you for anything unreasonable other than to not pay for the place that I physically did not live in. Right. So we'll see where it goes. I've been corresponding back and forth with their corporate lawyer. I'm hoping that we just can reach that settlement without it having to escalate further.

If I do have to escalate it further and pay for lawyer fees, that's going to... That's going to be a nightmare. I'm going to... Well, then I'm going to go for blood. I'm like, look, you guys, we could do this... We can do this the easy way or the hard way, but I'm not going to pay a lawyer to argue over $2,000. So if I'm going to pay a lawyer, then I'm going to try to then go after you for everything. And I don't want to. I'm not like malicious. I don't, like I just want to not pay rent for the days that I physically couldn't live there. Right. But if you make me fight you, then I'm going to go all in. So I'm hoping we'll see where that goes. That's kind of in limbo.

So I still haven't gotten any sort of, I finally submitted my inventory list of my personal property. So I have no idea what kind of like insurance settlement I'll get from that. But the wildest thing happened when I finally went to move back in

the biggest insane part of this would be that my movers commit insurance fraud. Yeah, this is crazy. It was wild.

So basically they were supposed to move my stuff back in. And you found out by accident.

I found out like, Drew just talking to my insurance adjuster that they build for services that

they didn't do to state farm. And then when it was caught, my insurance canceled the payments. And then I couldn't pay them. So then they were basically threatening to withhold my stuff until they got paid. And I'm like, the only reason you didn't get paid is because the bill was incorrect because of the services that you put on there that you didn't do. It's not my fault. You're not getting paid. So I'm like arguing. They're like withholding my stuff. It took me like two days to get all my stuff back.

And it's just insane.

But the guy was so rude to me on the phone. Now I'm on a personal mission. Yeah, it's just like a vendetta now. Capricorn. You're coming for blood. Get fucked Vinny. Yeah. My new life motto. I have one goal and mission in life and it's to make his every single day.
