mean it was a pretty short practice like I told you right before I mean they actually only did team for just over 30 minutes today and typically I mean in some training camps you see team for like an hour and 45 minutes so it was smaller

but Ryan it got kicked off in a big way today and did your coffee just get here I

think I don't know I'm just like feigning for a coffee yeah I was told

it was going to be here like 15 minutes ago would have given me a chance to get a little

kick-start into the show bring the energy bring the heat. You got it now naturally. I did I did just your natural glow gives me energy.
