Broncos talking just a little bit but Zach I guess I have to start on a bit of a

serious note here. I wasn't on the show yesterday and I always go kind of

back and forth on how to handle things like this.

But I'm sitting there on my phone today,

doom scrolling, probably like everyone.

And I just see the same cycle happening and it is so mind-bogglingly frustrating to see people

get murdered senselessly and then we go through the same cycle every damn time.

First it's everyone's shocked which we probably shouldn't even be shocked at this point.

Then it's everyone's really sad of course it's devastating.

Then people get mad. Then you know the politicians come in and they say things like

we can't keep letting this happen and it's like bro who are you telling that you like you're the

ones who can do this not me I'm you know I'm just like a dumb guy who talks about sports

you're the ones who need to stop this stuff from happening and it cycle goes on and it's finger pointing and everyone blames each other and then things kind of get complex and more stories come out and then a week goes by and you know what happens next?

It's done.

Nothing.

Yeah.

And I guess I gotta say I'm sorry if I end up cursing during this,
