because if you know anything about joint practices or even the history of joint practices,

as they've played out in recent years, they tend to draw all the attention

to who's up front. And for some reason, the temperature seems to scale that much more on these

joint practices than even preseason games, than actual games in front of actual humans and TV cameras.

I don't know exactly why that is, but I think it's a pretty neat thing, and it might just be because

you take everything else out of the equation. Even the X's and O's and the skill players and everything

else, you're just doing man on man-man, macho versus macho.

And yeah, of course I'm going to be interested in how the O line does.
