I'll make the case from now until forever.

What happened Sunday wasn't about luck.

It wasn't about just the one rookie kicker in his shank.

It was about a team that deserved to win 10 games and

thus deserved to win the division and its home field for the first playoff game. But dot, dot,

And that's going to present the first real opportunity any of us will have to see whether

or not anybody actually learned anything from the things that

legitimately went well in beating the Ravens. Don't think too hard about this one. Think about

what you saw early in the game that you didn't like, offensively or defensively, and from there, think about the things that you

eventually saw that you did like offensively and defensively. And if it takes three or four

quarters for that to emerge again next Monday, given the superior caliber of this opponent

and the Texans are really something defensively, number one, in total defense.

And they're not at all that bad offensively, kind of middle of the pack in most categories.

Then chances are excellent you're going to be behind by way too many points for it to matter.

So, might as well sort it out now.

And I'm going to begin with Old Faithful. Did you like how the

Steelers' offense looked? When Aaron Rogers finally started throwing across the middle? I sure did.

Do you think that was his call? Do you think that was Arthur Smith's call? Do you think that was

Mike Tomlin's call? Some combination of all three. It doesn't matter. All that matters
