That would be priority, personality, and of course, performance.

Number one, would, or why would the Steelers or yet another season in the NFL be a priority for someone who's won everything, including a Super Bowl early in his career in Green Bay, including four MVPs in the National Football League, including all else that he's achieved beyond football.
