This is Daily Shot of Steelers presented by the Fandul Sportsbook.

Hope everybody had a terrific Memorial Day weekend.

The Steelers themselves observed the holiday.

They'll resume their OTAs today.

On the south side, those will not be open to the media.

Neither will the ones tomorrow, although there will be an availability with some assistant

coaches.

So the next access to any of these will come Thursday.

The answer to my silly trivia, and it would be pretty predictable, or else why else would I have asked it, is T.J. what? What? He finished third on the team in Sacks.

He had seven, Alex Highsmith had nine and a half. Nick Herbig had seven and a half. Now, T.J. played fewer games, and he did have some other numbers and advanced metrics to his

advantage.

But let's never pretend that edge rushers require some extra method of measurement to who they are,

to how effective they are.

Besides which, there's nobody least of all,

T.J. himself, who dispute that he's not exactly fresh off

his performance of a lifetime.

There were glimpses of it.

There was still the occasional splash, even aside from the sacks,

two interceptions, eight passes defensed, three forced fumbles,
