as fairly as I could, and I liked a lot more than I disliked. Today's program is going to sound

a little bit more familiar.

Omar Khan made some small subset of headlines in the football world yesterday by placing an unrestricted free agent tender on Rogers.

That's a rare thing, which is probably why it had pretty much everybody everywhere

who'd be interested scratching their heads first and foremost.

I'm not going to bore everybody to tears with what exactly goes into that.

But let's just say that the team is covering itself in the

event that Rogers were to sign somewhere else. If he did, they'd get draft compensation

of some sort. It's not a big deal. We were in touch with the team yesterday at D.K. Pittsburgh

Sports, and they were down

playing it pretty hard, and it sounds like rightly so. However, it got me to thinking for only

about the billionth time, about the endless figurative hoops that this team has gone through

...
