It's been long enough that an entire week has gone by,

and even the Ravens are out of the playoffs now. Good morning to you. Good.

Mike Tomlin at his season-ending press conference had this to say, certainly there's change

that comes with this time of year. Certainly there's change that comes when you don't have

the desired outcome. And so those are just the realities of the business tomlin also had this to say i would imagine

there's going to be some things that change around here on a lot of levels but that's just this game

and so i understand that i'm open to thatlin also said, I think change in coaching staffs

are a component of our business. I certainly don't think all of our coaches are under contract,

and so change is a component of it, and I acknowledge it. But we're at the very early stages of

making those types of decisions and discussions.

So, yeah, change.

Insanity would be to continue doing the same things.

He said all of these things and so much more as it reflects just the concept of change.
