Two weeks from now, from tomorrow, actually, Paul Skeens and the Pittsburgh

Baseball Club will be taking to City Field to open the season in for real game against the Mets.

And just because of who's pitching, one can envision, there's a reasonable chance at success

on that afternoon.

Pirates are back in action today against the Orioles in Sarasota, Florida.

That's a 105 p.m. first pitch. This after a day off yesterday. And soon enough, it's all going to matter.

It's all going to count. And the question that I have,

and this one's for you this morning, is what will constitute a season long success, or for that

matter, a failure? What's the defining line here?

Understand, I'm not looking for record predictions and stuff.

I mean, we can all do that, and it all means just about as much.

I'm looking more at what the public's expectations would be.

Not media, not me, you.

What are your expectations?

What for you is a season where you say, yeah, way to go, guys, job well done.

And within some, you know, boundaries of realism here. And let's get real about this.
