I love Eric Carlson's command of the English language because one of the things that he does

is he'll go for words that he might know in advance he's not sure of,

but he'll give it a shot anyway,

which made him in some ways the perfect person to address

the other night what happened in that Anaheim game

and how awful that ending was

and how he felt about being the one who had his glove on that puck

in regulation.

Just before it went into the net with 0.1 seconds left when he said, hey, we've got a couple

of days to wallow in this.

And then we've got another game. Thursday against Montreal.

Wallow.

It was perfect, actually.
