So we're going to jump right into it. We're going to talk about Sydney and Nixon

running for governor. We're going to talk about Snapchat crossing Rihanna and the Kardashians.

And then we're going to have a visit from the shade court and Trevelle Anderson from the LA

Times will join us to discuss the new film Love Simon. We'll close things out with an

interview with the true winner of RuPaul's Drag Race All Star Season 3, Shandula.

This is a big day for you Lewis. Big day for Miranda's everywhere. I can't believe it's happening to me.

I'm singing a moment like this to myself. Cynthia Nixon leapt into the race for governor of New

York on Monday and setting off what promises to be a tumultuous six months as she challenges

sitting governor Andrew Cuomo. The news obviously launched a bunch of sex in the city jokes.

But let's talk about this seriously. Is Cynthia Nixon another case of, oh, here's an Oprah

decided, maybe I'll get in the politics or is this for real? Well, I think that Cynthia Nixon

and Oprah are operating on a different level than the Stacy dashes of the world. They're

sane people. They're qualified people. They're both smart people. And so I think even as much as

like the Oprah thing was a joke about her bringing her president, like sort of the reason it even

gained traction because we were like, oh, it's not like this woman isn't a smart person who like

feasibly could maybe do a good job with this. So I feel like Cynthia Nixon occupies a different

space. People take her seriously. She's actually been in the last few years like getting involved in

politics and activism. So it's not the leap that others are making down in Compton.
