So today we're getting into home decor and our DIY skills or lack thereof.

But first, I have a cocktail for us, which I mixed up table side.

Usually we do it in the kitchen.

And just as I started to get out the ingredients, my toddler announced, I'm awake.

He's like, hold on.

Is there a party going on out there?

Eritah's in the house.

So yeah, I had to put that little guy to bed.

Didn't want to risk doing the cocktail shaker.

But luckily, this is an easy cocktail.

This came from a text message I got from Rachel who said, hey, I saw this cocktail.

You should try it.

And it is a two-ingredient cocktail, which that piqued my interest right away.

I was like, I need simplicity in my life.

And so it's a pinocalata, and it's got the ingredients are pineapple coconut juice.

Which I didn't know was a thing. I didn't either. I'm pretty excited about it. This blog told me that it was and

then I found it at sprouts. Nice. And then rum. And I added a squeeze of lime, like a whole lime to

each of ours. And then it suggested that you could top it with some bitters, which I have bitters in my

cabinet and I hardly ever use.
