Jake, it's the weekend edition of the pod. We are here to preview a great weekend of football,

both NFL and college. But obviously, we've got to start things off by asking. How's it going,

man? Great. It's Friday. We're getting toward the weekend. We got, like we said last week,

in another adventurous NFL playoff weekend, which I can't wait to try to pick the upset of the weekend

as a part of that. But no, man, we got good stuff. And then Monday night's huge game. This is,

this is the fun stuff. It's our last NFL weekend, too, with like four games in a weekend.

And it's two. And then, you know, the world as we know it from a football perspective comes to an end for a while.

But yeah, I also found myself thinking, and I don't know if you feel the same way, but is there like data around playing championship games on Monday night for the college football world?

Like why they wouldn't try to captivate a Friday night audience, especially when they did

it like just last weekend, extremely well.

I don't know, I guess it's the idea like Monday people have nothing to do.

So they'll just be sitting around the TV and that's where they think the most crowd

comes from because it's like a Monday night for getting together with people for something

as big as that is an awful time like people can't gather for a Monday night

730 game and I guess there is a holiday there right so there's a little bit of that can people

could be off the next day or something around because like my son doesn't have school Monday or

Tuesday but I do find that that

interesting angle of like let's do a Monday night for the biggest game in the college football

...
