Is drinking raw milk safe like RFK Jr. suggests? Can you reduce a glucose spike if you eat your food in, quote, unquote, the right order? I'm registered dietitian Abby Sharp. I host a nutrition myth-busting podcast called Bite Back with Abby Sharp. And those are just some of the questions I tackle with qualified experts on my show.

There is so much food misinformation and disinformation out there, and it can feel impossible

0:27.9

to know what's real and what's BS.

1:29.0

AC off all day. But then by the time he gets home from work, it's like so humid and disgusting

1:34.1

in the house. So what I've started to do is just go sit outside every once in a while and do

1:39.7

work from outside because it's roasty, toasty outside. and then I come inside when I have to actually

1:47.0

be inside to do something so right now because I have to record it's too loud outside to record

1:51.6

outside so I'm just sitting in my bed under the covers so that's a little bit about our house

1:56.1

and the air conditioning status of our house Milo is in a camp this week, which means it's a little bit normal.

2:03.4

I'm back to somewhat of a routine. I have time to sit and get work done. But I do leave Thursday for

2:10.2

New York again. And this trip I planned a long time ago. I bought tickets to go see the Toast live,
