0:41.2	bunch of labs you notice the potassium is six which is high you
0:46.0	notice that a phosphate is extremely high you notice a creatin is like 3.5 or
0:52.2	something crazy like that?
0:53.4	If you see something like this, what should you be thinking about?
0:57.6	I really hope you're saying, oh divine, this sounds an awful lot like
1:02.3	tumorlysis syndrome. This sounds an awful lot like like tumorlysis syndrome.

1:06.0	So how do people get this problem?
1:09.0	How do we get these labs?
1:11.0	Well, the thing is usually we're going to see this in the context in a classic
1:16.5	context of a person having a malignancy, usually some kind of hematologic malignancy because those things are usually pretty sensitive to the therapies that we give.
1:27.3	Not all of them but many of them and as those cells die stuff is going to spill out into the circulation, right?
