Summary
Today's Quote:
"The moment your mind starts worrying, know that at that moment, your mind has wandered away from Him. Bring it back to Him and watch your worries melt away." - @Geetima14
Today's Bonus Quotes:
“Think of Me until all thoughts are dissolved.' This is the teaching of Sri Krishna in regard to meditation."- Swami Ramdas
"We don't find God, WE DISSOLVE."- Krishna Das
“As God’s beloved, I live in bliss knowing that my soul is never separated from Him, for I learn to know Him in all that I see. God dissolved my mind, my separation. I cannot describe now my intimacy with Him.” – St. Teresa of Avila
"The best service you can do is to keep your thoughts on God. Keep God in mind every minute." - Maharajji (Neem Karoli Baba)
Today's Practice:
Remember that you're NOT upset or worried, you just forgot God, you forgot to FEEL Love.
So as often as you can remember today, use these words, this remembrance to feel back into the position of the Loving Witness:
"Only Love is here" or, if it feels more accessible to you, ask yourself, "is Love here, too?" and then you listen for the Silence that follows the question. You'll FEEL the answer in the Silence. Love rushes in.
*If you can't taste the Love yet, stay in the big Quiet that follows your inner question.
*If you can't hear the Quiet that follows the inner question or statement yet, simply stay with the words. The words will eventually deliver you to the Loving-Silence.
I love you and I'm with you!
