minorities as coaches for the 2022 season, some capacity on the sideline.

The National Football League is set forth a new mandated diversity and inclusion effort

for the 2022 season at its annual owners meeting.

Such a requirement is that all 32 teams employ a female or a member of an ethnic or racial

minority as an offensive assistant.
