the water-powered roller coaster over at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon,

that opened this week in 2005.

Let's get started by bringing in the man who says that if you hold a lobster

up to your ear, you can hear what it's like to be attacked by a crustacean. It's Mr. Jim Hill.

Jim how's it going?

Do you actually like lobster?

I had it last night actually.

We had a little bit, uh, little bit, uh, little bit, uh, lobster rolls, as then you didn't

have to wrestle your food to the ground in order to consume.

I mean, plus it's super personal.

You have to pick the one you want to eat.

There you go.

But it just, I guess for me, I'm always fascinated by the history of lobster because it's like the pilgrims come over and they describe

arriving in 1620 where you roll up to the Massachusetts coast and sometimes after a

storm there'd be two foot piles of lobster along the shore.

I mean it was it was trash food.

It was poor people food, yeah.

They were literally servants who would make their deals with their employees,
