believe it or not, there's still news. And in our main segment, Jim tells us the

history of Flowering Garden at Epcot.

Let's get started by bringing in the man who points out that if pineapples developed a spiky outside to protect its

delicious fruit inside, imagine how tasty a hedgehog must be.

It's just ironic you're talking about pineapples because just a day

or so ago, Nathan I got our box from

Misfit Market.

Have I talked about this previously?

It's damaged, I've heard it.

I don't know what it is, it's damaged fruit, right?

Like, uh, stuff that's not aesthetically pleasing enough to make it to like Whole Foods?

This is true. And Nancy's a big supporter of this idea, but I'm the one of cooks in the house and having

a time bomb of produce that's going south. It's a lot of pressure land. That's right. I made my way

through the easy items. I made red-less potato salad yesterday. I made apple

pecan muffins and now I'm staring down the double barrel gauntlet of cabbage and kale.

There isn't a human being who can make anything really edible out of this.

It's just basically, it's like, let's just say it.

You're compost.
