1:39.9	thanks to Natalie over there for helping us out with some great customer service.
1:43.0	Yeah, she took really good care of us and even allowed me to get my free birthday popcorn because we missed it in July.
1:48.6	So that was super nice of her.
1:49.8	We love people who are good at their job including our awesome team of agents.
