Summary

Music at the Disney Parks is so iconic that several attraction themes have been popular for generations. From Sherman Brothers classics like it's a small world and The Tiki, Tiki, Tiki Room to modern favorites like Golden Dream and even Nothing Can Stop Us Now, Disney attraction themes and scores help convey the story of the attraction and leave Disney fans singing along as they exit the experience. In this podcast episode (part 1), I chat with my cousin Mike (a music industry executive and lifelong Disney fan) about our favorite attraction soundtracks, including the stories behind them and why we love these themes so much. In part 1, we discuss our favorites at Magic Kingdom and Epcot. 1:06.6	and the Music. It's an idea that my cousin Mike and I had over the summer and wanted to try
1:12.5	because we're both not only huge geeks when it comes to Disney, but also really big music nerds.
1:18.9	And so you've heard Mike on the show before. He's covered a number of different Disney subjects with me.
1:24.9	Mike also is a music industry expert. He works in the music industry. So we thought
1:30.1	this would be a really great opportunity for us to get together and talk about the music at the
1:36.3	Disney Parks and Resorts. In particular, this sort of mouse in the music spinoff is going to start
1:42.9	with volume one focusing on our favorite
1:45.6	Disney attraction soundtracks. The music of the Disney attractions is incredible. We've talked before
1:53.1	about our favorite area music at the Disney parks, and the Disney attraction themes have come
1:59.0	into a few different episodes before and other conversations,
2:02.4	but we're really going to sit down and focus on the various Disney attraction soundtracks
2:08.6	across both Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
2:12.3	And this conversation was so extensive that, of course, it's not just a one-parter,

2:18.8	we'll cover part one some of our first favorites. We're going to go park by park. We're going
