In this episode, I'll be leading a new guided meditation.

The theme of this meditation is self-love. It's about being fully present to ourselves and holding

ourselves with love and compassion. Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.

And now close your eyes. Let your awareness sink into your body. Notice what's going

on in your body. All the sensations, pleasant and unpleasant.

And noticing the emotions that are being felt, and where they are in your body.

And noticing if there's any tension held anywhere in the body. If there is, just let that

echo. Let your body relax completely. Let yourself sink into the pool of gravity. Bring

the awareness for the breath. Notice the in and out of the breath.

Simply being aware of whatever you're experiencing right now in this moment and not minding thoughts.

There may be all sorts of thoughts going on during the meditation, it doesn't matter. When

the mind becomes absorbed and thought, simply bring it back to the meditation.

Simply being present to everything that happens, to the noises you hear, to the feelings that

arise in you. Simply hear present to whatever is happening. And noticing that there may be

a tendency to push out some experiences, or to try to create some other kind of experience.

And that there's some feeling associated with those tendencies, some feeling that there's

something that needs to be different, some feeling that you need to be different. Feeling

that everything isn't alright, just as it is.
