Now you're trying to expose me. I hurt myself with a gym. I was trying to go too hard, reverse lunges. You're getting old. You're getting old. It's too much weight. Like, what am I doing? I hired a trainer. He was trying to push me. I told him, you know, let's go. And it was too much for me.

Ploof.

You're going to be 40 in June.

The problem is I've always dealt with soft tissue stuff, Chris.

And I just, and nowadays, I don't treat them the way I used to treat them.

Like I don't have a freaking PT every day putting his hands all over me. Yeah. I don't. So it never really heals. I just need to slow down a little bit. You're right. You're right, dad. Yeah.
