Scott Adams, the creator of the popular Dilbert cartoons, became a regular fixture on the political talk shows, claiming that Donald Trump had as much as a 98% chance of winning the election because Trump is what he calls a master persuader.

Adams ought to know, in addition to pending his popular Dilbert cartoons every week and several best-selling books, Scott Adams says he's a trained hypnotist, skilled in the same art of persuasion employed by President Trump.
