thinking about this talk from Elder Uppdorf. And so what I'm going to do

is I'm pre-recording you kind of a short inklings, but with invitations for you to ponder

since you have set aside an hour for your study. And what I'm hoping is that you'll write down each of the

invitations and then take some time to be able to think through and study them. What I want to do,

going to be in Alma 30. So you're going to want your Book of Mormon. And I want to actually start

in the scriptures because there's a pattern that happens that Elder Udorf pointed out to us that I want to just think

about for a minute. And the pattern is going to be in Alma 30. In paragraph 36, he says this,
