The sentencing hearing went on for quite a while this morning with the defense making arguments,

the prosecution as to how long the sentence should be.

The probation department had an opinion as well.

And finally, the judge issued the ruling.

Well, it has been a very emotional day here at federal court.

I sit here outside of 500 Pearl Street in Lower Manhattan, where we still have a lot of people gathered around the courthouse.
