Hey everyone, I'm Ashley Banfield and this is Drop Dead serious.

0:07.4

After weeks and weeks and weeks of graphic testimony and bombshell witnesses and cross-examinations that shook the courtroom,

0:17.7

it finally arrived.

0:19.2

The jury is finally deliberating in the federal sex trafficking

0:23.7

and racketeering trial of Sean Diddy Combs. But just when we thought we had entered the final

1:25.6

That presumption only goes away if the jury unanimously agrees that the prosecution

1:32.4

has proved its case beyond a reasonable doubt, not beyond all shadow of a doubt, because that's

1:40.1

kind of impossible in life, isn't it? Just beyond a reasonable doubt.

1:44.3

And the judge explained reasonable doubt as well.

1:48.2

He says, it doesn't mean any doubt.

1:51.7

It just means a doubt that would cause a reasonable person to hesitate.
