Um, so, first thing I want to say off the back is something that my father always told me.

Father always told me if you're a coward anywhere you're a coward everywhere.

There's no such thing as being brave one place and not being brave in another. The most important thing that you should have

consistency with is bravery. It's the most important thing because being brave and attacking things with a clear

head and a conscious of character that defines you is the way that you define your character.

It's the way that you articulate how you show up in the world.

And that's very important.

So obviously you guys know that it was as mulchous weekend for me.

Can imagine how it was for actual victims

that had to relive their trauma

as the most popular video on the internet

was of Sean Combs brutally attacking Cassie,

but for two different reasons, it was a gut check moment for me.
