Bail was denied again. And we didn't get to cover his motion to dismiss in the little rod lawsuit, but we are going to take a look at their

argument in that lawsuit and see how well it's aged. Plus I have some updates on all

the other ongoing civil lawsuits, what they mean, and there's been a ton of questions surrounding this case, the videos the feds have, and what can come next.
