We've all heard a lot about it lately and it's just miserable.

It's getting people down, so it's important you switch off, so make sure you do that,

make sure you take the time to switch off.

For me, I watch a few box sets, you know, you put a shelf up or whatever, you keep your

cell at your pie, you're not one out, but after a while you're starting to, ah, it's

a football, that's why I'm missing.

I'm not missing relatives and friends, fuck that, you don't need that, it's football,

that's what I need.

I think I've come up with a plan, I do these sort of things when I'm bored, you know what

I mean, I come up with ideas, so what we do is we're in fact every footballer with a

coronavirus.
