Championship Wednesday is, I don't know, it's kind of something that the network's

created, meaning NFL network at ESPN to like put all the press conferences on. We're down to four teams

and here are their press conferences, coach and quarterback and defensive stars and offensive stars,

and we're down to only three more NFL games. Let's just run these live all day.

But today kind of turned into a day in which the headlines were made at press conferences for teams other than the four left standing.

I promise.

We'll get to the football.

And we'll get to Eric Armstead as well, the Jaguars defensive lineman, who played three of the four teams that are still standing, three of the four, that are in the final four. And a guy that also played for Robert Sala and plays for Liam Cohen. How is that going to go this year? Eric Armstead right around the corner. How is this going to go, however, for the next hour? It's going to go fantastic.

I am doing well, Andrew, and I think you're just trying to grab up my face that you had a 59 degree,

which was cold by your standard run.

But, yes, I have my whole schedule for these runs where I'll do half podcasts of reporters talking about the NFL. Half, like, here's what Sean Peyton said. Here's what Mike Grable said. I make a playlist before I go out. And really, the win of the run was that I didn't slip on any ice because it's definitely still a bit snowy in New York. So I was very careful and I was like better to slow down a little
