We're ready to rock and roll and talk about a slate of topics today. Very excited to dive into. Obviously, there's been a lot of talk about some of the turnover on Notre Dame's defensive staff. And so we're going to be spending some dime today talking about Aaron Henry. We're going to be talking about Brian John Mary, the potential linebacker hire coming over from Michigan. So a lot of different things here at play that we're going to be talked about in part one. Part two of today show, we're actually diving into the Notre Dame 2026 quarterback room. This is kind of kicking off our preview, our position room preview of really every position group that's on the team now that we have a really good idea of what

this roster is going to be looking like moving forward. And spring practice is going to be here

before you know it. And then we're going to wrap up today's show with ranking our top 10

quarterbacks returning in 2026. We're kind of projecting a little bit of how we believe this season is going to play out and who the top 10 quarterbacks will be by season's end. So another really fun loaded show today, Brian. Glad to have it back here, man. I'm excited to dive into some of this today, bro. Yes, it's going to be a lot of fun, Trev. These are some great topics. Obviously, the first topic we'll discuss is a little bit reactionary to the latest news. But, you know, this quarterback topic's been on there for a while. And we knew we were going to kind of kick our preview of the Nutter Name roster off with talking about the quarterbacks. Because I think this is a very important season. And then we kind of kind of thought, well, we're going to talk about quarterbacks.

Let's like, let's have some perspective, right? Let's talk national quarterbacks. We love talking about national topics as well. And the fact that Notre Dame has a quarterback that ranks in the top 10 and not by a couple Notre Dame guys, but you look nationally. You know, you've mentioned before. I checked as of yesterday.

CJ Carr was still tied with Arch Manning,

number one for Heisman odds on Fandoul. So this isn't even just a Notre Dame thing. This is a, you know, nationally, this is a big story. And he's a guy that he's a reason why a lot of people are excited about Notre Dame this year. But then behind him, there's a lot of questions, which we'll dive into talent, but questions. And then we thought we'd wrap up with, well, let's talk about

the best quarterbacks in the country trip, because this is an absolutely loaded year quarterback.

And that matters for Notre Dame because you can't just have like the by far best quarterback

in the country and then nobody else really has anybody

that can match that guy this is a loaded year nationally which means it can't just be the cj car show

other parts of your team are going to have to step up and perform if this team is going to reach their

full potential but it's going to be a fun discussion trevv. And we're a lot closer now, as we kind of

kick off part one, we're a lot closer to knowing what the coaching staff is going to be in

2026, assuming there aren't any other departures, which there still could be. But obviously,

you mentioned Aaron Henry has been hired as the secondary coach that none of this has been announced by Notre Dame.

By the way, they haven't officially announced it, but I think it took them like a week to announce that Charlie Partridge is the hire when he was made.

Obviously, that was the first big domino to fall.

And Brian John P. Mary has not been officially hired yet.

You know, he's still kind of going through the process,

but barring something unforeseen happening, he will be the hire.

So just keep that in mind.
