So unbeknownst to all of you in this studio,

seriously, unbeknownst to anybody in my life,

I was dealing with some seriously crippling self-doubt before we left for San Diego.

This has been going on for like the past month or so and I'm going to be transparent and I'm going to own it.

I subjected myself to some negativity.

The only person I can blame is myself.

I sought it out and it's my own fault that I sought it out I saw

it some of it I was able to dismiss and then some of it I I took the heart and it really took a toll on my self-esteem.

You went pain shopping.

I did.

I went pain shopping.

Which is, I thought I can handle it because, you know, I am of an age now where your give-a-fs are really like through the roof.

You just get to a point where it's like...

Don't give it a f.

Yes, yeah, yeah, yeah. Not giving an f is through the roof and you've just

accepted who you are and you're unapologetically you and you embrace your your

flaws and your attributes and if people like you great if they don't they don't

but I guess something

hey like I feel too good about myself yeah I can handle this yeah all right I'll go on and challenge myself I did I failed

So as we're you know embarking on this trip to San Diego to see Bert's hometown and to go to this

radio conference I was really in my head about a lot of stuff and we go out there
