Tonight's episode, did Jin Camp commit perjury?

And I put a question mark after that, as well as an exclamation point, for a reason.

And that's because that has not been judicially determined as of this point.

However, there is a motion that has been filed by the trustee in the bankruptcy case,

in which Jen is involved in Tacoma, Washington, where she filed for bankruptcy,

that is tacitly alleging that very thing, that Jen Camp committed perjury.

And that is the basis of a recently filed motion by the trustee in bankruptcy court to dismiss her case out of the court in Western Washington as being

filed there improperly. But before we get to that, I want to follow up on the story that I last

reported to you on the last episode. The last episode was released right before I went to Sunstone

at the very end of July and the beginning of

August of this year, 24. In that episode, I reported that Jen Camp had filed a criminal charge

of violating a non-existent, yes, a non-existent stocking order against John DeLinn. And not one,

but two Utah police officers bought off on this story by Jen Camp,

this allegation, without bothering to check the court file to make sure that the no contact order,

the anti-stalking order, was still in effect, which it was not. Once again, for those of you who

may not remember what we talked about,

it was almost two weeks ago, is that the allegation was that John DeLynn had violated the terms

of a no contact order in November of 2023 when that order had been dismissed in March. Yes, in March,

more than six months prior of the same year,

2023. So it had not been effect for over six months.
