Oh, Testing one two three testing one two three testing one two three this is radio free Mormon on the air broadcasting behind enemy lines.

0:33.4

Tonight's episode, did Jin Camp commit perjury?

0:38.0

And I put a question mark after that,

0:39.7

as well as an exclamation point for a reason and that's because that has not been

0:43.9

judicially determined as of this point however there is a motion that has been

0:48.6

filed by the trustee in the bankruptcy case in which Jen is involved in Tacoma, Washington, where she filed for bankruptcy, that is tacitly alleging that very thing that Jen Camp committed perjury, and that is the basis of a recently filed motion

1:05.8

by the trustee in bankruptcy court to dismiss her case out of the court in

1:12.1

Western Washington as being filed there improperly.

1:56.7

in effect, which it was not. Once again, for those of you who may not remember what we talked

2:01.2

about, it was almost two weeks ago is that the

2:03.8

allegation was that John Delin had violated the terms of a no contact order in

2:09.2

November of 2003 when that order had been dismissed in March.

2:15.4

Yes, in March more than six months prior

2:18.8

of the same year, 2023.

2:21.1

So it had not been in effect for over six months.

2:23.2

Gen Cam reported to the police that John Delin had violated it.

2:26.8

Six months after it had been dismissed by Judge Corral Sanchez after a full four hour evidentiary hearing on the subject.
