We're talking about it with our great friend Jason Marsden. I am one of your hosts Alex Steed and I will soon be joined by my marvelous co-host Sarah

Marshall. For those who don't know you are good as a feelings podcast about

movies we do what it sounds like we do. We talk about the various feelings they evoke. We talk about the ways it helps us understand how we relate to the world. We talk about all sorts of things as they relate to the movies themselves.

We're not necessarily critics, we might talk about them critically here and there, but we're really just talking

about how this movie helps us see ourselves and what it helps us remember.

Dick Tracy is a 1990 American Action Crime Film based in the 1930s comic strip character of the same name.

It was directed by Warren Beatty, has just so many people in it from this time.

And we're going to talk about all of that in the episode itself.

Jason Marsden aka Mars is an American actor, director, and producer who's done numerous

voice roles in animated films, as well as

television series and video games. You may know him as the character Max Goof. You may

know him as Binks, The Cat. I just found out just now that he did the voice of a

Nirmal in the Garfield show. Jeez Louise, Jason is prolific and we're so

pleased to have him on to talk about Dick Tracy, which you'll find out he has a personal connection to slash with from his time as a young actor.

This episode is great. It sounds great. We had a fantastic time. At the very, very end, my battery and my recorder died, and so there's a couple minutes where we use the backup audio for my track. So that's why it's going to sound like that.

And we just want you to know about it. So you're not like, hey, do you know that your sound is weird at this part? Yes, we do know. It's my fault. It's my fault because I can't believe

zooms are still using double A batteries. That's what it comes down to. That's what it comes down to,

that's what it comes down to, isn't it? But yeah, just wanted to give you a
