On today’s episode I am sitting down with Dianna Cohen, Founder and CEO of Crown Affair. We start off by discussing Dianna’s lengthy list of work experience, starting at Into the Gloss, then working for a mobile shopping app, Partnerships at AWAY, owning her own consulting agency, and now – Crown Affair. Through all of these experiences, Dianna had the opportunity to get a close look into what it took to run a business, the pros and the cons, what she would do the same for her own business one day, and also what she would do differently. When being a founder it can be tricky to not let your own identity get lost within your brand and in this discussion we talk about how to separate the two. We dive into her tips for cultivating community and connecting with your consumers, integrating feminine energy in the workplace, hair growth myths, and if Rosemary oil really works! Dianna is truly such an amazing and grounded founder, she is such an incredible person to talk to and has the best advice! Enjoy!
