Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the Maroon Friday edition of the yard.

Hope you're wearing maroon today. Out there repin the brand. Isn't it wonderful that we live in a country that we can celebrate Maroon Friday as we choose?

I think it's a good thing. I wish you would become a bigger thing again. I know we used to really emphasize that. You know, on Fridays, we wear maroon. I know we do during football season more times than not, but I wish we did all the time. I think it's important to kind of show who we are and what we represent. Very, very proud to be a Mississippi State Bulldog. Hope it you guys are as well. Chances are you are proud or you wouldn't be listening to the show.

The reality of it is that there are a lot of things in life that bring us joy.

And for me, Mississippi State is certainly one of those.

I mean, in many ways my life is kind of intertwined with the success of Mississippi State.

It's our business, but also too, it's our passion. It's not just a job for us. I know that I speak for everybody over at jeanspage.com. It says that, you know, hey, we're in it to win it. We hope Mississippi State always does well. A lot of other people share that same passion with us, and we're glad to call you comrades it's an important time

it's got a big show today we've got a little draft recap and preview and then of course we'll

look at the missouri tigers and around the sCC in college baseball talk about a few other things

but the reality of it is is that we're reaching kind of the slow part of the academic and athletic calendar.

I know many of you, many of you students out there have already taken your finals or you will take them this next week.

We wish you the best of luck.

I know that one of my girls has already completed her finals and the other will finish this week.

And we're very fortunate, of course, that, you know, my oldest daughter will graduate May 13th.

Very, very proud for her.

Many of you are planning those same type of festivities.

Wish you the best and congratulate to each of our graduates.

Congratulations to each of our graduates and their families. It is very much

you know a family accomplishment even though the students themselves does the majority of the work. I mean,

you know what I'm talking about. Everybody's so financially invested in the advancements of their

students and their children's education. And so I understand what a big deal that it is. I know when I went to

watch Ani, my oldest graduate from Williams Baptist University, I know what a big deal it was for us.
