0:31.0	but we're going to kick off today with a deal that is not happening and
0:34.7	an acquisition that maybe doesn't look as good as it did a couple years ago.
0:38.7	Osset, let's start with the news of Spirit Airlines and JetBlue.
0:43.8	Shares of Spirit Airlines down 50% after a federal judge blocked JetBlue's
0:48.8	planned 3.8 billion dollar acquisition of the discount airline. This looks like a major
0:54.2	win for the Justice Department who sued to block the acquisition. Are you
0:58.9	surprised to see us hit pause on this one?

1:04.1	You know, this is something, Dylan,
1:05.7	that the Biden administration has been pushing on many fronts.
1:09.9	The idea that competition is decreasing in some marketplaces like we see this in
1:14.5	tech with the FTC challenging Amazon we see it here so the ruling isn't so
1:21.3	surprising to me I want a quote from Judge William Young's ruling. This is really
1:26.5	great stuff. He says, Spirit is a small airline, but there are those who love it to those dedicated customers of spirit.
