| 1:36.8 | know it. But do we comprehend it? The Buddha said comprehend T Tuka, do we realize it, realize it as an insight? |

| 2:05.0 | And yet, most everything in us |
| 2:10.0 | rallies the troops to fight. |

| 2:21.2 | to open to one's suffering. |
| 2:25.0 | But sometimes the suffering of the other is even more evocative. |
| 2:36.3 | And it can be evocative in a way that opens us |
| 2:40.1 | to a kind of very deep compassion, |
| 2:42.4 | something in just seeing, you know, a loved one suffering. |
