0:21.9	We are just on the heels of a giant total lunar eclipse that was big and bright and red in the sky.
0:31.5	Whether you saw it in person or you saw it in pictures online, you've probably been feeling this eclipse.
0:39.0	It has been a powerful one that's been returning you to a new area and energy in your heart.
0:47.5	It was at zero, nearly one degrees of Leo, and it's a total eclipse of the heart.
0:55.1	That song, wasn't that song in the 80s?
0:57.8	And it's helping you remember what's important right now based on your own sense of self,
1:05.2	based on what is essential to you, where you feel a confidence rising.
1:10.1	Now, because it was a total lunar eclipse, and that is a full moon,
1:15.4	it means that it's a letting go.
1:17.6	It's a release.
1:18.7	And you could be feeling that in many ways.
1:21.5	You could be feeling it physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially. You could be feeling it in the ethers. There's many ways that
1:32.8	we can feel energy shift, energy change, and it is a sense of things changing over, things
1:39.3	ending. Since the eclipses started in 2017 in the Leo Aquarius axis.
1:50.9	Now Leo and Aquarius are masculine energies.
1:56.3	So it's been breaking up parts of us that we identified with at perhaps an egoic or mental level
2:05.0	that we claimed as part of our sense of self.
2:08.9	And we've had to allow these breakups to occur, and that can be a breakup of energy.
