Religion and Family. Emma, welcome to the show. Thank you. It's a pleasure to be here today. Well, I learned something new about you yesterday. You came into my office and you were talking

a little about the show and you started telling me that you have learned to bake bread and not just

bake any kind of bread. There's actually like a real practical impetus behind this,

which I was very fascinated by. Yes, that's correct. So over Labor Day weekend, we listened to a

podcast on making the kitchen productive again. And so a lot of the examples they were giving

were more true to the Midwest or more rural communities. So it got me and some friends thinking

about how do we make the kitchen productive in Washington, D.C.,

at a basement apartment when you have about five feet of kitchen space.
