and faces charges of sexual assault. This comes from a report from News 4 in San Antonio which is an

NBC affiliate station. The alleged victim told police on Monday the 10th that

Jose A Rodriguez, the real name of Alberto Del Rio,

reportedly struck them several times and then forced her to put on a dress and

dance for him.

According to the report, when she initially tried to refuse the order,

Rodriguez said not to cry, quote,

because if she did, he would take her son and drop him in the middle of the road somewhere.

The arrest affidavit states that the woman told police that Jose A Rodriguez had sexually abused her and taken photos of her injuries.

A report from the Bexar County Sheriff's Office says that

five hours on Saturday before being released that afternoon

with his bond amount set at $50,000.

Rodriguez has been a controversial figure in the wrestling in the mixed martial arts world for many
