0:51.3	We have the criminal matters and we have the civil matters and the legal
0:55.6	system works in two different ways and how much evidence that's required to charge somebody
1:00.9	is different. When it comes to criminal matters, there's a lot more evidence that needs to go into
1:06.2	play. The grand jury today basically decided we don't have a good enough case against this.
1:13.2	So there's no point in moving on.

1:18.9	It just means that they didn't think that they had enough evidence to prove him.
