So this episode, we are talking about surviving the depths of summer.

While the relaxed pace of summer is nice, it can just get to feel a little boring, a little monotonous, like you're ready for a change and some fresh school supplies and to move on. So the heat and the long days seem to drag. We're switching it up this episode. Instead

of our traditional cocktail, we are starting out with a blind taste test of some ginger

beers. I'm so excited. Because we have strong feelings about ginger beer. Yes, we do. And then

we're going to share a no-bake dessert.

All right.

So let's go on with the tasting first of all.

I need to mention, though, because I just, my mom was just visiting and I had made a Moscow

mule and she wanted to try it.

And she's just basically a wine drinker.

Okay.

She was like, well like well what is that looks

refreshing what is that and I was like oh it's ginger beer vodka lime she's like oh I don't like beer

and I'm like mom oh no no no so I need to reiterate again I think right ginger beer is non-alcoholic

that's right it is delicious with alcohol yes but you can enjoy one without any alcohol in it.

And actually it's great for mottails because of that, I feel like.
