And we are getting ready to run.

I was stuffing stuff into this show right up into the last

couple seconds. I hope you guys are ready. We're going to get kind of personal today. I'm going to

get into the weeds, I think, because last night I found out that the Justice Department or the

Ministry of Injustice, as we like to call it over here,

has named me and folks who have appeared on this program, more than one of them,

in a brief attempting to silence an American citizen who wants to use his First Amendment liberties.

Are we not the media? I think Elon Musk said it.

I think that's what social media has proven to us that we have the ability to be a media source,

a news media source, if you will. We can be the press, which means that we can publish things.

The government is actually forbidden from getting involved in that.

So we're going to talk about the Bill of Rights today.

I'm going to go looking for something in the Bill of Rights that I haven't specifically

looked for before.

What rights does the government have?

I don't care about case law.
